Allspeeds Posted January 17 Posted January 17 Ran like a dream triple digits in the rain no problem for less than I usually spend on a pair of tyres! 2 Quote
Allspeeds Posted January 17 Posted January 17 I’d like to sort the exhaust as the lower fairing won’t fit I have a full bandit system however I think I need headers that don’t stack at the collector? I found a water cooled micron system has any played around with exhausts on these? Quote
Sam-Jaffa Posted January 17 Posted January 17 a bandit exhaust would probably be close to fitting if you were to maybe swap the sump to a bandit one, i've toyed with the idea but i wans to keep my centre stand haha Quote
Ted M Posted January 17 Posted January 17 @Allspeedsis this the one you will be doing the longest day on? I’ll need a rocket up me arse to keep up Quote
Allspeeds Posted January 17 Posted January 17 (edited) The problem being with the bandit ones is the collectors are fouling stacked the body work I recon as do the GSXR ones that currently fitted I think I need ones that are in two pairs then joint after the sump these water cooled ones do that ? Allspeeds Posted January 18 Posted January 18 This morning I woke up with all my brain cells awake I really didn’t use my brain yesterday……… left over bandit system from my turbo build……. clocked another 40 miles in fog and rain but the girls were out for the afternoon so you have to use these rare afternoons to myself on a Sunday 8 Quote

Allspeeds Posted January 18 Posted January 18 I’ve got a pair with discs and calipers of 12B wheels as well as some GSXR 750/1100 wheels I’m contemplating a wheels swap but I’d like to retain stock front end Quote

Jeb Posted January 18 Posted January 18 I think there is a link on here what you need to do to swap for 17 in.... Quote
Allspeeds Posted January 18 Posted January 18 I also have a full 750 usd front end but I find it so comfy as it is so wheel swap would be best case for me Quote

Allspeeds Posted January 19 Posted January 19 (edited) 6303-2rs bearing swap and this 750k wheel went straight in no spacers needed as spindle is the floating spacer type sits central and tight you would just need to bend tags on speedo drive to catch lugs on the wheel. does anyone know any 280-290mm front Suzuki discs 5 bolt fittment ideally a 22mm offset but this isn’t crucial I can machine hun accordingly or space calipers Edited January 19 by Allspeeds Quote
DAZ Posted January 19 Posted January 19 Quick Google , 19.5mm offset came up for the gk76a 400 discs if that helps Quote

Allspeeds Posted January 19 Posted January 19 I wondered about bandit 6 or gsx range 600/750 maybe RGV 280mm is ideal offset not critical Quote
