That's next to nowt! However, there's thrust washers both sides of the basket. If dimms. are listed, check the spec. or renew regardless. Play in the bearing? Worn sleeve? Even the shaft could be slightly down.Honestly,  if it's not affecting the operation, I'd live with it! To renew all those parts won't be cheap! And, once the clutch is under spring pressure, I'd be surprised if you could move the basket at all, at all!;)

Thanks swiss Toni that was really appreciated. 

stupidly I only ordered friction plates. I just checked my steels and I can slide a .010mm guage under no problem.  God knows why I didn't just order the kit in the first place.  So I've just ordered my steel plates.  So it will be next week when they arrive.
