Breather Holes EFE Tank

Im right in thinking the two holes in the filler neck are breather holes and the hole in the cap is a breather hole?

Those two vent under the cap yes but the hole in the cap is outside the sealing rubber 

Were the cap fits the one top right breathes to atmosphere via pipe under tank....

the left one i must have  drilled  vents to outside off cap rubber "just"

Will have look at me other EF tanks later 

both other tanks are the same lest the left hole

If anything like a GSXR, one of the 'holes' in the well is to drain water via pipe through tank to exit below.

my efe tank only has one hole, which is a drain to the underside of the tank.

its at about 10 o clock position as you sit on the bike
