Hydraulic clutch issues

Hello so I have a bit of a frustrating problem with my hydraulic clutch on a Suzuki bandit 1200 mk1. Originally the clutch was slipping slightly during hard acceleration. I ended up replacing the plates, rebuilt slave cylinder and master cylinder, new braided hose and new fluid. Initially everything bled up fine and no slipping but every 2 hours of riding the clutch begins to slip easily under even light acceleration. After stopping a cracking the bleeder once the problem goes away. I notice the fluid is very hot also. Another thing I noticed is there are no ripples in the brake fluid in the master res after the clutch is actuated I was under the impression that your suppose to see the fluid ripple or small bubbles through the return whole but I may be wrong on that let me know. I would appreciate any thoughts on this issues

looks like the return hole in the MC is blocked.

Remove the slave cilinder and push the piston in. Fluid level in the MC should rise. If not, and the piston is very difficult or impossible to push in, the return hole is blocked. Nine times out of ten caused by a badly fitting clutch lever (slightly pushing in the MC piston and thus blocking the return hole).

Wow thanks captain chaos you were bang on about that. The lever was keeping the mc slightly engaged covering the return. Once I removed the lever the return functioned properly.
