Gsxr750oilboiler Posted April 2 Posted April 2 Hi there, I have just purchased a mk2 Suzuki bandit 1200, I'm just wondering if there's anything I should be checking, or is there any common issues with them. I have had 600 bandit in the past but never had a 1200.any input or information would be very much appreciated. P.s do they take a while to warm up from a cold start. Quote
wraith Posted April 2 Posted April 2 (edited) What type and size of turbo you're going to put on it. That's the first thing to look at If you got it off anyone from the FB site called bandit addicts UK Get rid of it asap as it's probably fucked Edited April 2 by wraith Add a bit 8 Quote
Dezza Posted April 3 Posted April 3 (edited) I think what wraith may be trying to say is a mk2 Blandit 12 is pushing the boundaries of OSS eligibility unless it's going to be highly modified . Edited April 3 by Dezza 2 Quote

Think the MK1 stuff is on a slightly upward slope , think it's an emerging classic as the dealers would say MK2 not so much but give it time and who knows ... 2 Quote
