Nico Bakker GS1000

I chased this bike for over 6 years. Took some time to make a deal we were both happy with. It's a 1980 Nico Bakker GS1000 made for Horeon, a dealer in the Netherlands. Never been raced I believe, but made into a road bike. The previous owners all did some work on it, forks, wheels, body, etc. But the frame is mostly untouched and still has the same GS1000 engine. The plan is to make it look like a racer of that era and put my tuned GS1085 engine in, some nice RSU forks and Dymag wheels. Contacted Bakker for the correct fairing and seat unit. I'm told they still have the original molds. So we'll wait on that...
