Econ
Hello! My 1980 16valve Gsx750E is missing a cylinder head. I did a quick search and it looks that those are hard to find nowadays. I was thinking that is it possible to fit newer gsx750f oil cooled head to E. Is the cylinder and stud bolt spacings same? Oil flow needs work but I have good equipment for machining works. wraith
I think you have 3 roots to go, 1. Find a good air-cooled head. 2. Find a good 1100 motor. 3. Put a oil cooled motor in there instead. 3 Quote Link to comment
Econ
Found air cooled head and others parts missing too, transmission, oil pump gears etc. One thing I cant find is Workshop manual. It's been 15 years since I disassembled the thing so that would be nice to have. Do you guys happen to have that? GSX750E / GS750X 1980 Quote Link to comment

I did that - not a minefield but not completely straightforward either, and it did what it was required to do. The turbo install was just for a look, see as the built compression was well north of 13:1. As piccies are always appreciated . . . . . 4 Quote Link to comment
Econ
That's cool! I had turbo in mine too, but I had SRAD 750 engine at the time. That engine is now in my classic racing SRAD. Edited November 11, 2021 by Econ added pic 4 Quote Link to comment
