Ash Posted October 25, 2021 Share Posted October 25, 2021 Most headlights have the glass designed to work best with the bulb fitted and the internal reflector shape, so if you wish to keep the existing glass it might be best just replacing the bulb with a compatible LED one. Quote Link to comment

Yep, there seems to be huge variation in quality with those halogen replacement LED bulbs. The best ones are pretty good but there is plenty of utter crap too.
