Ted M
I have a B12 with mk2 carbs fitted. I have fitted a Dynojet and the instructions recommend a float height of 11 - 11.5 mm so I did this and then measured all 4 carbs with clear plastic tube and the float bowl drain hole. The good news is that there was no leaks and all 4 carbs had the same fuel height in the bowl. Here’s the catch I think the fuel height is too high. I have put a photo of the height from the outside. Could someone with experience/knowledge of this let me know whether I’m too high or indeed too low. many thanks in advance Quote Link to comment
Duckndive
Mr Suzuki he say 14.6 +/- 1mm Quote Link to comment
Ted M
Cheers mate I realise this but Dynojet say 11 to 11.5 mm in the instructions. Am I right in thinking that the Suzuki way would mean a lower fuel level Quote Link to comment

The dynojet data is spot on for mk.2 carbs. Think the mixtures screw are around 3.5 turns out as standard (mk.1 carbs would be 2 to 2.5 turns out) Quote Link to comment
Ted M
I’ve got the mk2 carbs with Dynojet fitted mate. I’ll give them a try tomorrow and see what they run like on the Dynojet settings 1 Quote Link to comment
