it's Alive........ but not set up 

 

couple of bit's n bobs need sorted them I can have it MoT'd, and then start my adventure with HMRC and DVLA, trying to get it onto a UK plate from a Jersey one

shoe- horning a chopped stock loom into a trellis frame, with next to no bodywork , while also having it neat ..... yeah... that'll happen 

 

so i made up a nylon cover to hide the connector blocks, yeah it's cheating.... but I care not a jot 

 

tank panels are still off, so it'll look better later

that's it about ready for dyno, sorted out the makeshift breather someone had bonded to the rear rocker cover, which sprayed oil mist everywhere....water temp wired up, overflow pipe on rad (although that needs extended) .... ever closer to the road

how did it go on the dyno mate, what sort of bhp did you see?

brave move using the standard loom, i was dicking about with mine and couildnt get over how thin guage a load of wires on it were.

i also found a few that were broken inside the sheathing...they were fun to find...not.

for brave read "stoopid" ........  before we got to any decent numbers the PCV shit the bed .... i need to send it back to Dynojet and see where we go from there
