As above, stem change needed if using bandit 1200  yokes?.

Yes, as said, the 750 stem, headstock, bearings are smaller diameter.

I have a GS750 stem pressed into a Slabby 1100 bottom yoke (yolk?) With a bush, and a loose bush for the top yolk.

The length was right, don't know about Bandit.

Ok,so I can’t use the bandit stem by the sounds of it but I can use a Slingshot or Slabby stem?

I don't think so.

The Slabby 1100 and 750 use the same head bearing, and I know the Slabby 1100 stem WILL NOT fit in the GS750 frame. The GS750 stem is smaller than the GS1000 stem, so none of the big Suzuki stems will fit. I don't know about the Slingshot, but I doubt it's got a smaller stem than the others.

You need to use the GS750 stem, or one of the same diameter.
