Yes combination of problems, vacuum tap membrane calling it a day and a float hanging open. Just had the same problem with one of my B12s

Swiss have had a similar problem recently on my B12 battery showed fully charged all idiot lights workef but press the starter and all dead. First thought main fuse , but actually turned out to the battery that was at fault even though it showed fully charged

Clean the tarmac off Captain then check the oil gallery is not damaged , looks like the bolt has had a hard time. dont mess with chemical metal get it tig weelded

and another i felt it would be rude to say no, i presume it to be an 87. No paperwork for it as yet just a receipt from a police auction so hoping it can be re-registererd.
