They did soften when in hot water but went hard very quickly, I have an set on order now thanks

Hi I have been assembling my engine after a head gasket change and couldn't get the airbox rubbers to seat properly, they have gone hard so assume this is the issue. Are there rubbers from other models that,fit or is it just specific to this model. It is standard carbs and airbox.. Thanks in advance

This is the new gasket, I dont have a picture of the old one as yet, this one consists of 5 laminated sheets with no o rings

Its laminated the same as the one I've removed just no seals

Hi, hoping someone can give me some guidance, I have taken the head of the engine as it was leaking, (not the two front bolt seals) when I removed it the gasket appeared to have eight seals in the outer studs and one around the camchain tunnel. The new one i have has none and no such seals in the gasket set. Is it supposed to have them or has someone added them in. Thanks in advance
