  1. Have ordered a 16 tooth, the rev drop with 17 might be too much, not interested in top speed, mainly to drop the 4000rpm at 100kph down.
  2. Thank you, I was thinking about that but wasn't sure if it would still be okay with that one removed. Not sure how much it will drop the revs but stock 15/44 is 4000rpm at 100kph.
  3. Too drop the revs on the open road.
  4. No it misses the clutch push rod but hits that rear bolt on the cover, I removed some of the meat but still hitting, wondering if it's safe to remove that bolt piece, or maybe just go down to a 16 tooth.
  5. No it just that its bigger than the stock 15 tooth so its hitting on the cover that goes over that area.
  6. Hi, After some help, I have put a 17 tooth front sprocket on my suzuki gsx1200 inazuma and now when I put the cover back on the back wheel won't turn because the sprocket is catching on the bolt thing that's right by the sprocket, has anyone had this problem and what did you do about it. Thank you for any advice.
  7. This is a photo of mine after a clean up from the very rough condition I brought it. Brought it cheap as a project.
  8. How hard is it to lower the motor and how much do you have to drop it to get airbox out. Any info appreciated.
  9. Going to stick with the inazuma carbs, I know they a 32mm but trying to find out the size of the air inlet side, heard 42-48 also heard 50. Looks like I may have to remove before ordering pods.
  10. Thank you, is that to take carbs off as well as airbox.
  11. Hi, I have a 2001 gsx1200 inazuma and I'm trying to find the diameter of the airbox side of the carbs as I want to remove the airbox and replace with air pods but without removing carbs and airbox it seems impossible to find the diameter. Muchly appreciated if someone can help
