Great report, glad you had fun. Any pics of you mixing it up mid pack?

£25 on Eblag. item number 183901580583

It’s mine. It doesn’t have a one-off undertray…. Try one-off subframe. The frame had the entire rear loop lopped off by someone I won’t name (not me). Also worth noting it’s originally a shaft drive frame… so not a totally straight forward task but not impossible.

Slingy motor fitted fine in your old blue one- so why doesn’t it fit in this one?

This is begging for a draw thru system . -
page 3 of my slabby build has the head cooler part

You’ve already answered your own question…. For the avoidance of doubt, I mean go with the latter option.

+1 @carlinmidarlin- if you did a run of 10x of these, I expect they’d get snapped up

Front wheel must be made of lead… Thats not how I expect that bike with that engine to leave bike night (i.e- for clarity- on both wheels).

How much for the frame kit? (Frame, tank ,subframe and swinger)

I’ve got an “active” qa throttle . 1/6 of a turn for WO throttle. Not sure if they still make them, but they come up on the ‘Bay quite often. Used them on 2 bikes with flatslides- lots of people said the bike would just bog down but I’ve not had an issue.

I expect the only advisory it will get: Noisy exhaust

Was searching about and found these on the bay. Any one had any experience or heard any reviews? Seems too good to be true… https://www.Eblag.co.uk/itm/144374030394?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=KWnFQthBRwK&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=y99DFu9YST-&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

There’s an obvious go-to grown up for these sorts of things… @Havoc

Love this. Is it just the angle of the photo , or does the rear caliper not bite the disc?
-
Or could a friendly welder glue an “ear” onto the old one to allow the foot peg to be relocated to where you want it?
-
Now that you’ve worked out the position of it all I think you need to bite the bullet and get your hacksaw out and remake this piece (rearset/hanger), but with your new correct ergonomicly positioned peg. #briandeservesbetter.

I’d rather not use external oil feed if not necessary . Pros and cons of skimming block from top or bottom? O-rings, good call. Crank cases won’t need relieving to allow for larger sleeves?
