Hi, Thanks for the info, I have been working my way through Robinson Foundry double checking the part numbers. Found someone on Eblag with just a seal, Trying to get information from them so I can get a complete kit. Ill post up what I find out, for others having the same issue...if any!! Andy

I dont have a clue, only the piston size I can go on. The only thing I know for sure is the 34 one is for the TLR all years. Hoping to find someone with one on a shelf that can check and let me know. Maybe GSXR1000? Many thanks, Andy

Hi All, I bought a TLR as a basket case, putting it back together I came across two slave cylinders. They both look the same and both fit but one has a bore of 34mm and the other 36mm. I have found out that the 34mm one was for a TLR but do you know what bike the 36mm one came from? Getting a repair kit for the 36mm one may give me an option of how the clutch feels combined with the master cylinder. Many thanks, Andy

Cables arrived so I have taken a picture of the TLR and GSXR cables along side each other. Yes the GSXR cables are longer. All adjusters are in line with each other so you can easily compare sizes. Hope this helps someone out if you are going to flat bars etc.

Hi Clive, I have looked at the pictures. What I can see and what is written down does not add up, so I thought I would ask the question. Thank you for your help, I just needed to check that all the pictures were the same but just a closeup of each end and the tape had not been moved. so I can see from your pictures 670mm -135mm is the overall length of the black sleeve, So 535mm and not 670mm this is only 21" long. Hoping the Busa MK1 cables are not the same as the GSXR1000 K1 or these will also be to short. Thanks for your reply though, I would like to be more thorough than make a mistake. Kind regards, Andy

Thank you for your replies. I have TLR cables at the moment, just the visible black sleeve from the adjuster to the anchor nipple is 19" long for pull and 20" long for push. I am looking for 3-4" longer per cable. Is your dimension of 670mm from the cable nipple to the adjuster or only the visible black sleeve. Many thanks, Andy

Hi All, Getting my way through my project very slow!! Can someone please measure the lengths of their throttle cables. I have been told the GSXR1000 K1-K4 have the length I need so just need to check before I buy. Many thanks, Andy

They are not half bad, did not think of making them from sheet. I have a good side on picture I will import in CAD, then scale it. I have yo make a few changes to the original.

Can someone please give me the overall size of the screen mounts and if possible the angle. I know they are in pairs and they also angle inwards so any info you can give me would be appreciated. Still working on my little project! Andy

Yes, good shout, could still do with the measurements to confirm, also need them for the screen mounts!

Hi TonyGee, Yes, I can see that, I have done lots of work on it already! Managed to get a support frame, I just want to get it approx on the right place with the fairing to give me a fighting chance of it lining up! Andy

Hi All Kat Owners, I bought a fiberglass replacement fairing for my project, it comes with no holes in it! Can someone measure the 5 holes that are above the headlight so I can drill them in the correct place. If you can give me the measurements from the headlight cut out I guess this will be most accurate. Many thanks in advance, Andy

Hi All, New to this site, I would like to pick the brains of you Katana owners..... Can someone please let me have the dimensions of the screen with the mounting hole positions etc. If you could attached a little sketch that would be good.
