  1. they are on the head parts diagram.
  2. Some pretty sweet welding on that pipe.
  3. Check that the brace clears the frame by the side covers before you go too far with fitting.
  4. Problem with the pump ethanol mixes is that they contain up to x% and are not consistent. Fuel injected motors with knock sensors can compensate.
  5. RS36's at 1/2 turn out getting a bit of spitting through the carbs at low throttle opening and a lot of popping through the pipe on deceleration. Should I be going to a bigger pilot. Bike starts easily and runs well. There is a lot of confusing info out there regarding these cards.
  6. Mounts through the steering stem
  7. Matmachex Swingarms will probably di it too
  8. 8000 yen current price (i think)
  9. Ive use Russell a few times. Same company that make edelbrok stuff. Choose what angle ends you need and hose length and just thread together.
  10. Looks good. Just picked up a block so that I can start putting my 1150 project together. Motor may not be quite that perfect though.
  11. My Kat had an oversized plug when I got it, but it was some sort of pipe thread and what looked like a hydraulic fitting. I replaced it with a Mishimoto M18 magnetic drain plug (already had the Tap). Its pretty big, but works great.

In have a Koso gauge that lets you change colour. I like the red
  13. You need to find something like this to use gps sensor to mechanical drive https://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS/555/41800/10002/-1
  14. If you order the full exhaust the only option is the megaphone muffler. Other mufflers are available, but they will not fit without mods. My Kat frame is widened to fit the swingarm / 6" wheel and I wanted to use the oval muffler, so I needed to make some changes. I extended the link pipe and changed the angle a bit. Made a new hanger from some stainless to keep everything in place and Im quite happy with it. Not too loud either. Now if it just warms up a bit I can go for a rip.
  15. Its a supercharger, not turbo. 4.6cc engine from a RC buggy. Pretty cool little piece https://rbinnovations.com/collections/super-chargers/products/ofna-monster-truck-buggy-supercharger-also-fits-hobao-hyper-7
  16. Ive seen people run two steels at the bottom of the pack to increase stack height.
  17. https://www.Eblag.com/itm/224546981056 This guy on Eblag is selling a modified oilcooled head he did himself. You could always message him to ask some questions
  18. Old post I know. Above mentions 750 ESD cams cross over to the 1100. But the 750 has 34.910mm inlet and 36.060mm exhaust lift. 1150 has 34.95mm inlet and 34.640mm exhaust 750 Inlet has similar lift to the 1150cams, but exhaust has less. My question is, how would running the 750 cams in a 1150 motor change the power?
  19. That looks pretty good.
  20. Id use new clips when reassembling. You only need 4 as you can leave the one side untouched.
  21. I really don't like the trumpet muffler looks, thats why I am looking at just the header. It may be the cheapest option in Canada, but its still much cheaper for me to buy in the US. Free shipping to my mailbox right at the border.
  22. These look and fit pretty good, and I like the spring mounts. What are they like performance wise? Im thinking of putting a set on my Kat with a CF oval can.
  23. It will probably be easier to find a 1127 oilcooled replacement motor than an 1150 one. But that is a really cool old bike and I would keep the engine you have in it
