Does anyone know if 1985 through 1987 GSXR750 frames are exactly the same ar are there differences? (If so,what are they?) Thanks Martin

Thanks G I x e r, that was actually my thought.. that it might be possible because of the ball bearings I guess I'll do some measuring when I take the other one apart.

Is it possible to use the upper cranckcase half of 1 engine and the lower of another on a GS750? I have 1 engine pulled apart and the other is still in my bike so I cannot check it yet.....just wandering if anyone has done this before ?

Why not safe?? I've done it, rides great... and many others have too...even with loads more power than my 750

I built this bike in 1996 and sold it in 97 or 98.... by accident I saw the for sale add in 2019 and got it back. Video is from 1996 Pics are recent, except for a led taillight nothing was changed... so I just put an original light back in.

I know the scale is off...to that extent that it shows more RPM than the GS is capable off.... a red marker will solve that... it won't be running for a while so I guess I will have to do some testing in another way thanks anyways

Does anyone know if it's possible to connect a GSXR750W tacho to a GS750? I know universal tacho's the signal wire goes to coil - Maybe someone has done this and/or has a wiring diagram? thanks :-)
