  1. Clutch pushrod has been cleaned from all the (very much) nasty and sticky stuff, hydraulic has been flushed though completely...problem still occurs (clutch dismantling, here we go)...
  2. I assembled it with 2 new hoses - as meant to be...
  3. Thanks mate - I'll give it a go in this direction before dismantling the clutch.
  4. Well, I also have an unpleasant feeling that something is worn out. But, before taking it apart I would check if any of you guys had similar experiences. For example, sometimes clutch and gearbox problems on older machines can be solved just by using a different oil...
  5. Did your clutch behave in the same manner as mine?
  6. When motor is cold, the clutch engages and disengages perfectly. But, when it's warm, the clutch doesn't fully disengage, in the sense that when I stand still, I can't get it into neutral gear - when trying from 1. gear, it pops directly to 2. gear and vice versa... (And yes, I HAVE read the fucking manual - but, no help here!)... So, anybody have at clue what's going on?...
  7. I've recently bought an old GSX 1100 F (1991) on which some not-so-skilled mechanic has apparently in its past made quite a few bad things!... I'm about to restore those things now, and I'm quite confident I'll succeed in doing so... I have one question, though: The two vent tubes on the picture (no. 5 and no. 14)...on my bike it's the same tube connected to the two studs. Is this the way it's meant to be - or is it supposed to be two separate tubes?...
  8. My bike: Suzuki GSX 1100 F 1991. Can someone please tell me, what this adjustment screw at the bottom of each carburettor is for?
