  1. Some good advice there! Will be watching with interest!
  2. I could recommend a few, but due to your location, it would have to be mail order. Is there no hydraulic hose/fittings outlets in your vicinity?
  3. Fuck me! This is epic! HIT the fucking thing!
  4. Love it! And keep the bloody thing, this time!!!
  5. I thought that was ET/EX to oil boiler, rather than EFE to same that was wrong?
  6. Aye...ya can't beat the old 'uns!
  7. Try balancing the carbs first.
  8. Blanking plate for petrol tap opening, and brim tank right up with whatever concoction you choose to use.
  9. Good project! Keep the 'photo's coming!
  10. Welcome! Electrolysis for the pipes. Phosphoric Acid ( Pool Cleaner) mixed 4-1 with water for the tank. Failing that, White Vinegar. You could also mix a tin of Black Treacle (Molasses) to a bucket of boiling water, and sling that in! Don't do the usual 'handful of nuts' to loosen rust from the tank insides, instead use a length of chain (not a bike chain), far easier to fish out than nuts!
  11. Just measured mine (85F) and they're 7 x 1.0mm
  12. Go to the Factory Pro website. All the carb set-up data's there, and a lot more info too!
  13. Don't think a bottle jack's feasable. The only thing I can envisage, using the pulling gear, would be a jack head with a hole to pass the draw bolt through it Only problem there is, you'd be pulling and pushing against the rotor. Bit like standing in a bucket and trying to lift it by the handle!
  14. I'd restore it! Fairings are getting like hens teeth nowadays but, Jason Fibreman will sort you out with the lot!
  15. Front mounts will need cropping, but I think it might look ok fitted! Sorry for 'photo quality.
  16. I'll try mine on for you later on today, if you like?
  17. No pics...it didn't happen!
