    Yeh they get overlooked regularly, There should be be a resistor between the orange/white and the black/white wire, if that resistance is not there or missing the CDI wont fire the coils.

    Might be the ignition barrel, mine went green and nasty inside causing a bad/intermittent connection, i bet its the resistor inside there that is at fault.

    Absolutely stunning bike mate! I love bandits and seen many modified ones but yours looks like it should of rolled out the factory like it! Loook forward to the updates
