  3. Looks like the 26teeth didn't engage as deep as the 28tteeth does. But the 26teeth alternate made it possible to take the bst40 in and out without removing the alternator
  4. It fitted ok actually. One was 59mm and the other 62mm. Just think the old was from a different bike. Bandit?
  5. Haha wrong post. I used yokes from an 1991 model and 2006 say what now!? legs, hayabusa wheels and used rotors of fleabag.
  6. I think that the 28teeth will be better because of the lower revs. I installed the 28teeth in it with no problems. It is also smaller and lighter. There are no numbers on the 26teeth an I suspect it from being a bandit unit, but I don't know for sure.
  7. The one I pulled off the 1988 engine had 26teeth. And the "new" from the 1989 engine had 28 teeth

  16. 11:1 - 11.5:1 depending on block and head gaskets
  17. Check valve clearance for safety after skimming.
