Not touched it for 3 weeks, pressed the go button and the beast fired up on all 4 cylinders. So seen as Stafford bike show is next weekend I went to fit the seat unit which didn't fit
had to re do 2 of the fuel line's to get it to fit. Went for a spin down the lane and all appears to be good apart from the front tyre is low on pressure. So am happy for now, just needs going over with an oily rag to clean it up for the show next week.

Would seem that there were numerous small tweaks over the years , now i have a manual,new clutch inner should be here this week and even this changed early on with longer bolts and bushes used and that has again been superceded by a steel centre one , think I'll just take me time and double check everything , thanks all for the input.

You need to do your own measurements on a dry build and calculations as every engine can be different.

For me turbo positioning depends on oilcooler position usually.

That's what I'm thinking, those barbs in the connectors rip the fook out of the inside of the pipes even when been careful.

Had to alter the undertray to fit the new fuel pump a bit and alter the fuel pipe lengths.
