  1. Not touched it for 3 weeks, pressed the go button and the beast fired up on all 4 cylinders. So seen as Stafford bike show is next weekend I went to fit the seat unit which didn't fit :( had to re do 2 of the fuel line's to get it to fit. Went for a spin down the lane and all appears to be good apart from the front tyre is low on pressure. So am happy for now, just needs going over with an oily rag to clean it up for the show next week. :pimp:IMG_20240414_145933.thumb.jpg.222ebb79eeb4f6953ebf283603b6e6bc.jpg IMG_20240414_150000.thumb.jpg.64efc09e2e51dd88889b932140a130e9.jpg IMG_20240414_160625.thumb.jpg.964574b270dc2002f3944f50c9ff7025.jpg IMG_20240414_160700.thumb.jpg.711b47054f46377055c58f4eb7f3af69.jpg

Would seem that there were numerous small tweaks over the years , now i have a manual, new clutch inner should be here this week and even this changed early on with longer bolts and bushes used and that has again been superceded by a steel centre one , think I'll just take me time and double check everything , thanks all for the input.

    Is it done yet O.o

A bit of clag moved into one of the carbs after the fuel system being disturbed

That's what I'm thinking, those barbs in the connectors rip the fook out of the inside of the pipes even when been careful.
