  1. Try that. GSXR and Bandit CDI's are wired slightly different but its not mega complex to decipher it. M-Unit powers the CDI and the Coils, the CDI earths the coil signal to fire them. VR sensor is straight forward, CDI earth is self explanitory and the black/red is RPM signal credit to @Ben Slabbyfor the cdi pin outs
  2. As said above, you shouldnt have any power down the VR sensor wiring. I'll knock you a diagram up
  3. Have a look at my 750M build thread, I put up some basic diagrams on there that may help you. Don't use the 750 CDI though, either buy an ignitech or find an 1100 one.
  4. Great weekend everyone, fantastic and varied selection of bikes and considering the frankly crap location Mortons stuck us in, we had a LOT of traffic and loads of people stopping to chat and ask about the bikes. Thanks to all of you that made it possible
  5. No reason why that wont work, it might not be massively efficient though unless you've got airflow through it. Adding a fan might not be a bad idea
  6. couple of more pics for reference:
  7. Whereabout are you thinking of putting the head cooler? Behind the battery will still work as the cooler will have sufficient surface area to radiate heat but it wants to be in airflow really
  8. Y Piece to cooler then return to the head
  9. Which model has the tallest one? I'm thinking B12 but I've been wrong before!
  10. No idea what he said but thats @Rossco(Iceman Josros)bike with the disc adaptors that @clairetooengineering for him. @jorge @clairetoo hizo los espaciadores para @Rossco(Iceman Josros)
  11. Well you can never have too many turbo bikes. That's what I heard @clivegtosay anyway
  12. Engine yes, whether or not it'll fit within the frame properly is another question!
  13. SPS has a NOS one on eblag now?
  14. 600 teapot cover still has the spigot to mount the gear selector. Or 600 Bandit if you're running aftermarket rearsets
  15. This tomorrow for anyone local to Deeside who fancies a free burger and a meet and greet with Jamie Whitham! I'm heading over lunchtime ish
  16. @Sam-Jaffawas talking of going?
  17. There’s no cam sensor on the 1250 if I remember right, the throttle bodies have 2 map sensors on so I assume it uses a vac signal off the inlet on No1 for its ‘cam sensor I might be full of shit though, memory’s a bit fuzzy
  18. Mines on standalone, I might try a 1250 ecu though i I can score one cheap enough. I don’t know what security is in them though, if they need the clocks/chipped keys or anything like that
  19. https://fb.me/e/6s4QLDUgy https://www.mes-powersports.co.uk/uncategorized/m-e-s-open-day/?fbclid=IwAR3SWOs7n_uToKSAYBNmTnLd1W-WltF72At4ZE-d-NstmWEm-OSrVYhT6YM M.E.S Powersports Official Open Day are primarily a Yamahahahaha shop BUT their service manager has asked me to try and organise a few proper bikes to show up on the day for a little show 'n' shine. Just rock up on the day, park up have a nose about and you'll get a burger and chips for your trouble, and maybe a little prize. I think an OSS bike winning something at a Yamahahahaha shop would be outfuckingstanding too! Jamie Whitham is going to be there for a chit chat too and the Cheshire blood bikes. Well worth a nose Deeside, CH5 2NY
  20. Ideally I want 12/14. If the stand looks too full we can always rotate the bikes around as we've done a few times in the past. Staffords usually pretty popular with a decent mix of "Oh I used to have one of them" to "I'm building one of them" They seem to be greyer and balder each year though!
  21. Whats the width across the pivot? Most stuff can be made to fit easy enough. Depends if you want to change wheels too also
