  1. ive had the same one on my bandit for 3 years with no leaks, and i buy the hose and fittings from Torques uk and make them to fit exactly
  2. Depends what you mean by good?? im tight so i bvuy chinese ones, this one was £38, how much is a HEL one???????
  3. Im and idiot, i fitted the 36mm mikkeys to try then and they a=went straight in, I forgot i hadn't fitted the alternator!!!!!!!!!!!!! cant get the carbs in or out whist the alternators in there. Bugger,,,,,,,looks like i m ight need to find a set of flatties and see if it makes things easier.????? One step forward 3 fekin backwards.....

  6. The original one work just fine, ones a bit bent but will bend back
  7. the cooler will be fitted with rubber washers in its final form
  8. But hteres adifferance between, small light flick able and so small it get stuck between the cheeks of my arse it feels like and old RG250 size wise, and im definitely not RG sized
  9. Make sure you get the "hidden" crankcase blots, and use the jacking points provided by Mr Suzuki to split the cases not a hammer and chisel

  14. not after I stuck a big drill through the holes, yes it might be slightly more restrictive but all seemed to work fine, and it was a standard motor at the time, and looked tricky
  15. i drilled the fittings out to 10mm which is the same as the I/D of the breather pipe
  16. ive got a spre co er and some bits in my box, ill see if i have everything

  19. fronts are a straight swop, 5.5 inch rears depends on which years, I cant remember whjch ones but some go straight in some need the spacers and caliper hamgers from the wheel...i think theres a list on here somewhere
