  5. The 1052 gear is 28 teeth, ive got one here Dunc I did ask Harris about the frame number, the reply was its a F1 race bike from the early 80's, but they didn't keep records of who bought them, he thinks it was for a kawaskii probably a 600 or 750 but wouldn't confirm or deny either anyway its looking ace Dunc, this is what i hoped to do when i bought it, glad you are doing it
  6. Mk1 and mk2 bandit sumps and oil pick ups are the same, i dont know if you need the oil tubes as well for an 1100M, never changed them over, but get the drain pipes as well to be sure, the left hand one is different on some engines

  10. They are fitted in the factory to make the installation of the clutch quicker on the assembly line, it goes in in one piece, they arent needed otherwise.
  11. https://www.nhca.co.uk/calendar Not on calender anymore?
  12. It wont be ghe pump they dont just seize for no reason if the clutch has been removed its 99% that the gears wert aligned
  13. Looks like the classic clutch basket removal and not re fitting it properly, if the drive gear for the pump and alternator arent meshed before tightening the clutch hub, it will break the oil pump teeth, have a look at the alternator drive gear and see if thy are bust as well. never known a pump to fail and jam..
  14. Ah I see said the blind man, thought from the original post that you had everything from a water boiler, as rene says your wheel is wrong
  15. looks like the bracket needs to move to the right as there is a lot of room between the bracket and the swinger in the slot??? Id say the top hat spacer in the RHs of the wheel is to short??
