  8. Hello all. im fitting an 1127 engine from a gsxr 1100m into an 1984 Katana 750 frame and want to swap the 1127 sump for a bandit one for ground clearance. i have a bandit 600 sump and strainer but the oil pressure regulator is hitting the feed oil pipe for the oil cooler. The regulator is the same on both sumps but sits higher on the bandit sump, it seems to be hitting a flat piece to the side of the pipe. can this flat piece be removed ??? or do i have to change something deeper in the engine???? Any info would be appreacheated
