  1. Did you check the fuel pressure? I had to shorten the spring in mine, 1.5 / 2 psi is what you want. If you have everything right it should be pretty close to stock, if the bike ran alright before turbo'ing it, it should run ok with a turbo. Don't guess, meassure!!
  2. Ported / gasflowed defenitly makes a difference! At least, that's my experience.. My gasflowed head gives a way more agressive throttle response, over a ported head.
  3. I can... What are the tolerances? What material?
  4. If you get desperate, I have a 16mm master cylinder from a GS1000, live in OZ

  6. I've got a Bandit swingarm too. Is yours also a 1000?? Just had to make bushes into the existing bushes.
  7. If you want a smoother idle you need copper core plugs..
  8. Think so. What's the problem?
  9. I've got 1mm more lift in my GS1000. My experience is, use the stock timing, everything else creates a poorer / sluggish throttle respomse, and on boost there's no / hardly any difference. What I also know from experience; Say, the GS1000 with "hot" (284 dgrees IIRC) cams won't work on a stock CR, it makes it actually slower/sluggish. How this works with a turbo I have no idea, but probably not well. So, probably best, keep it stock, or close to.
  10. Connect an O2 sensor with gauge, and this tells you if the carburfuckingettors are tuned properly

  12. My GS needed 2 x the displacement, I had to redo my plenum twice. It just didn't want to run properly, with the first one it hardly wanted to run at all..
  13. I think I have a whole master cylinder, you can have it for the cost of postage. if you break it
  14. Isn't your plenum too small?
  15. Thanks for your explaination! I'm about to make a new plenum, see if I can think of something. The reed valves is easy, but the air filter is going to be a challenge.
  16. I'm going to make some myself, the tubes on the plenum to the carbs are a bit smaller. Now I can make it with the exact dimensions as the carburetors. I ordered something to cut a radius with.
  17. I need steel, and they need to be short. I already have an idea and ordered a cutter to make a radius..
  18. Thanks. I already thought they shouldn't be to close to back wall, no clue how much. For the rest I'm clueless. But it should be noticeble?
  19. Thanks! I saw it somewhere, and that got me curious.. Do you have an idea about dimensions? Or how/ where I can find it? Bike is in parts at the moment, so I can f around with it.
  20. I don't have the tacho drive in anymore
  21. Oh, didn't read that properly.. Inner headbolt O-rings?
  22. Just curious.. I know what velocity stacks should do on carburetors, but do velocity stacks anything in a plenum of a turbo charged engine?
  23. So, it just sucks air from outside into the plenum?
