  1. https://www.dellortoshop.com/contents/en-us/p3714_FPR009-Malpassi-TURBO-Fuel-Pressure-Regulator-Single-Outlet.html This is what you want
  2. That's not a rising rate one, is it? Then that could be the problem..
  3. I was later thinking, if they weren't alright, it would cause problems as soon as it hits boost
  4. True... Thanks guys, I'll keep it like it is then.
  5. I don't have any problems with my stock GS1000 tap.
  6. Float height, did you set all the floats at the same height, or did you adjust the fuel levels in the bowls? Because if you just adjusted the heights of the floats, the fuel levels will be different.. Believe it or not.
  7. Is the original tap actually a problem?
  8. So a bigger pipe what can move more air doesn't make a, or much difference? It's more about pressure?
  9. Busy building a new plenum, and idea's popping up, not sure if the idea's are any good.. I had/have a 2" pipe on it (from turbo to plenum), now I was thinking of putting a 2.25" pipe on it. Will this improve performance? Anyone been experimenting with this? What size charge pipes are you guys running? Thanks
  10. I already have an idea for the plenum. The reason for asking is that I don't feel like experimenting / tuning again.
  11. Is Robinsons Foundry a real / only Suzuki dealer? Or are the prices in Europe inflated?
  12. Tasmania must be a lot cheaper then.. I paid about 300GBP for the lot..
  13. Probably better... I'm mostly curious how much difference there will be between my drawings..
  14. Ask the Suzuki dealer for a quote
  15. That's the majority of those sellers i found out.. Again, SUZUKI DEALER!!!!!

  17. I don't know what went wrong with mine, all it took was F-ing around with the ignition timing and a mis-shift, and that was enouh to destroy the crank case/ con rod / valve cover
  18. Do it right straight away!!! With a turbo you can do it accidentally right, and stuf everyting up, Been there, done that..
  19. I paid 149 AUD each for a conrod, at the Suzuki dealer. Don't look at Suzuki Performance Spares, he asks the same in GBP
  20. New bearings for a roller bearing crank isn't cheap!! And getting the big end bearings might be a challenge. To get the big ends for my GS1000 turned out to be a big challenge! Lots of companies said they had them, only 2 could actually deliver.. Stronger rods were actually quite a bit cheaper than I thought. I put 493 rods on my GS1000 crank, Had to take 0.5mm off from each side. Order the rods from the Suzuki dealer, costed me 149AUD each, make sure you order the rods with the same colour code!!!! The difference is in the weight. You don't state what bottom you're going to use; a GS1000 bottom with 493 (GSX) rods need a 1mm plate under the cylinders because the rods are longer.
  21. I'm going to make a new plenum, I want velocity stacks in it, and hopefully it's going to be easier to take it off. I also going to follow the lines of the side covers a bit better / closer. The up-pipe is goin to have the same diameter, but beter welds, and more smooth. Mostly on the inside..
  22. Again, not sure about the diameter! The plenum is 2.5 liter, twice the size of the displacement. Plenum isn't that great, mostly the connection to the carburetors.
  23. Not sure, 14mm outside diameter IIRC
