  1. The one thing that's only ever disappointed me over years with the slabby is the lack of options for swinging arm swaps due to the linkage.

Now seeing as I'm no geometry or fabrication wizz, my only option is to add a brace to the arm.

I know this is a bit of an age old question but what are my best options in the way of adding a brace to a stock 750G arm. I seem to remember certain R1 braces being the way to go?

I'm thinking of getting shot of the braced & extended one that's on my 7/11 at the mo, as I want to put my stock length swinging arm back on but .......

    A. It'll need a brace for the extra oomph.

    B. It looks like the weedy kid in the playground.

    cheers .......

  2. My usual fix for such a issue is to drill a smallish hole in the offending screw & wack a slightly oversized torx fitting in the hole & gently turn till the bugger unscrews.

Granted, mixture screws aren't exactly meaty but if you use a small enough drill bit & torx, job is usually a gooden ;)

  3. His very first build, he's used a 750 Teapot motor with ZXR750 running gear. He built the frame himself along with the battery box etc off the shelf tank damed good for his first build ;)

Brownie points for it being his first build, he's done a great job.
