Fuckin love that bike !!! The only slight criticism I have is the front oil cooler .......... an after market one would look better but thats only my opinion, and its not my bike. Unfortunately !!!!

Not checked mine at the front but there are different sized spacings on the rear engine fixings that seem to skew the engine over at the top frame rails. I spoke to Harris about it and they seemed unconcerned. Like you say not uncommon apparently. Was going to wait til I put the engine back in to see if I can the engine more central and see how that affects chain alignment. Or just ignore it !

I had a similar problem when I checked motor alignment in my Harris frame. Not sure by how much but was definitely not central ! Will check thru notes later so see by how much. Possibly due to chain alignment ?

His location is 'Lebanon' so guessing the heat over there is drying the rubber of the carb intakes out ?

Dymag are back in business. Maybe they have still the option to make a 'new old style' disc to match old wheels ? worth an ask ??

Pretty sure that ISR make discs to suit/order. Not sure on the cost tho.

Not sure that I'd call 25 year old forks recent either !! The point I was trying to make is that most 'recent' forks can be vastly improved with a cartridge kit.

The later GSXR1000 rear calipers, K3/K4 I think don't have the torque arm connecting hole as the they have the slot in the mounting bracket as you have.
