The rear axle The wide outrigger swingarm required a new axle to be made. At first I wanted to just put two M20 nuts on both side of the axle, but Tinie from BikePenR came up with the idea to build an axle that doesn't show any nuts on either side. The axle locks into the slot which prevents it from turning. View from the inside of the swingarm. The head is the same The axle and the "nut" (in background). The nut has two slots to accept a 32mm spanner. The hub assembly. The bushings on the other side... ...with an "exciting" stepped design according to Tinie. So now the rear wheel is firmly held in place (though it still needs the chain adjusters).
