And
the winner is...
Captain
"Airhead" Caveman!
After
almost six months of doubt we finally have come up with a winner
for the paintjob design contest. It's actually a temporary decision
because we want to enter Mr.7/11's bike in a streetfightershow on
June 6th and we don't have time to come up with a proper paintjob.
So Robby came up with the brilliant idea to paint the bike matt
black to give us some time. This made Cpt. Caveman the winner.
The
thing with matt black is it's the only paint that you can spray
on virtually anything and it makes the surface look smooth so you
don't need immaculate preparation of the underlying surface to get
a good result. People who think matt black is depressing are wrong.
Matt black stands for a laid back and worry free living.
The
Prize: A free burnout until it goes POP!
Airhead
loves doing burn-outs so we decided to give him a fine specimen
of AVON ST32 150/70 ZR18... slightly run in by Mr.7/11 including
the lend of a wheel for easy change of tire.
The
plan is to let Cpt. Caveman do a huge burnout for the crowd at the
KicXstart streetfightershow (damn it's time they start sponsoring
us!)
Finally
Cpt. Caveman says: "I recommend Matt Black paint from HEMA*.
It comes in large cans, is very cheap and does the job!"
