I'm
restauring a Suzuki Katana. I have a lot of pictures that you could

on your homepage...

the engine has a big block with 1327cc, G3 Camshaft, big valves,
ported
head, falicon crankshaft with Knife rods and straight cut gear,
special
clutch basket, heavy duty cylinder studs (and case), titanium
retainers,.....

the frame is very original (just coated with nickel), i have a special
krüger&juninger rear fork, a ducati 998 front fork with
special attachments
that I did myself, ducati monster wheels, brembo brakes, LED cockpit
designed and engineered myself,.....

the front fork is from a ducati 996 (incl. the breaks) and the rear
fork is from Krüger&Juninger (Germany) custommade.

for the front fork I had to design special "Gabelbrücke"(I
don't know the english word.)

the clutch and the crankshaft is from falicon (billet basket and
straigth cut gear), I sent the crankshaft to Clearwater(Florida)
to weld and to put special rods.("Knife"-rods)

then you can see different steps building up the engine (With the
gears, the crank,...)

I'm running the engine with 1327cc with a APE-Bigblock and Wisecopistons.
(APE-cylinder studs, APE cas studs

you can also see the cylinderhead before portingjob. (I will send
you soon pictures after portingjob) the cylinder head will have
the biggest valves on a stock seat.(Ferrea Racing Valves, picture
will also follow)

Ignition is a dyna2000 digital

the cockpit is also homemade. revcounter is made with the help of
this man from germany you mensioned on you webside.
