Real carbon for rear swingarm . Never have much time of work and now off for a week can't do a thing because of torn muscle in my leg and full garage

Few small bits arrived today so out too garage for test fit and bit of soldering too

Well I am happy with progress as I have got my only full exhaust system too fit nice on the bike ,will do for the mot and hope too up grade it in the future

So fitting diffrent engine means a few small mods required

Ordered a 525  49 tooth rear sprocket from talon for mv wheel

Not been on here for a while bike is still on bench , doing as a dry build is a pain but it's given me chance to get everything how it needs to be , lots of titanium bolts as they are the look I want , not for weight saving . If they did the type I want in stainless would be way cheaper lol,  hoping to be at Manchester show with it not painted but together .

Nice to see a Harris pipe, even if it is a 'copy'. Shame you can't still buy them. Wonder why Norman Hyde stopped making them? I heard they were thinking of a stainless version but seems to have come to nothing.

Bit of work done on this old bugger clear plastic tubes on forks headlight brackets bonded and screwed on ready for painting to blend in with my colour scheme idea
