Assuming draw-through ? Do you actually want 90s? 2 of the 4 cylinders need to go into the front part of the collector- this means the need a little less than 90degrees? see pics for reference:

Have you made your headers yet? pics please

Apparently standard 14 Downpipe diameter is 42mm. I believe the 11 flange bolt spacing is circa 62mm with an exhaust port of 46mm. In sure someone who owns a 14 will come along shortly with some dimensions.

Do we know gsx14 flanges fit an 11? Downpipe diameter and hole spacing the same? ( hoping the answer is Yes- Delkevic do 4 for £40)

Made to order or bought as stock? ( I know he makes all of them, I guess the question is did you commission it?)

Chaps, let’s not beat around the bush- why not fit a regular oil boiler turbo’d motor.

Did you get anywhere with this? Bikes discussed in thread are all still for sale?
-
Just to bump this thread: I just picked up a set of 750 pump gears (38 and 29 tooth respectively ) for £50 from the ‘Bay. Online breaker had a motor he was splitting and accepted a cheeky offer. Point of this is- deals are still out there and you don’t need to spend out £250 for two gears.

For the money I’d go for the other xr69 on the ‘bay. Alternatively, you could build a helluva gs1000 track special for £20k
