  1. Thanx Captain! Found put the left fork a bit bent inside like 3mm, so got It. I'll do what you said anyway tomorrow, thanx pal
  2. Hi there folx! Long time no news...Anyway, took front wheel off to change tyre. Brought it back and when installed the caliper mounting screwed to the fork rubbs the disc (Not the padds, the proper mounting rubbs the disc), the wheel is more towards the right side, all parts in place like in the manual...I think it's caused by a friend pushing the bike by accident and I think simething happened to the fork, maybe discompensed? I installed the wheel with all same components in the other GSX I have and no problem at all...One bike bad and perfect on the other one. Crazy, loox something simple but driving me nuts.
  3. I had that same problem with my 750EF, stripped carbs (3 sets!) changed all orings, even disassembled the butterflies to change orings from all the fuel pipes from 4 carbs. Tried smaller and bigger pilot jets, tried with brake cleaner round manifolds searching for airleaks, blablabla...I always said it wasn't the cables until I tried with a new throttle cable and BUALÁ! Your problem looks like fuel overdose like the refference carb butterfly not closing completely, reving and making the carb balancing imposible wich was happening to my bike (the one where the throttle cable goes to) or air overdose reving it up(air leak somewhere). I'm not a mechanic but hope this helps, I went through bloody 9 month nightmare man
  4. They would never bee sucked into the intake as the caps would be pressed between the manifold and the inside edge of the filter.
  5. Nice reply thanx Gix, Well basically I thought it was all a matter of EXCESSIVE AIR FLOW. I've compared riding with and without air box (in a twin bike) and it was in middle to high range when the bike drowned/choked and asked for carb update. My intention was closing the air flow somehow. I'll give it a try anyway, might stabilize a bit. My intention is CLOSING the air flow inside each filter, exactly the same in each filter tube. It's a very cheap try anyway as each plumming PVC cap costs round 0.10 quid and is easy to make shape...
  6. Hi there folks! Here I am again with my crazy ideas...I'm customizing my 2nd gsx750es. As it came without the air box I'm putting 4 high fow air filters KN style. I was about to start with all the testing, rejetting, needle hights blablabla BUT I thought "Why don't you put one of these plumming caps inside each filter and make a small hole in each one of them until the bike runs fine?" You know, these PVC plastIc ones that can be modified to the right size. Maybe controlling the right amount of air into the carbs, the nearest to the air floe the airbox gives...If it works it could reduce a lot of time and headaches! Cheerz&beerz!
  7. Customs after Brexit, and it takes AGES to arrive KAOS
  8. Hey thanx TOny! It's a single shock. And yep, I've seen cool looing shicks in Aliexpress, but well, I think I'll wait a bit and go for a 300quid shick in a few months. Thanx!
  9. Hi amigos! I'm customizing my 2nd 750 bought cheap...But Hagon shocks are terribly expensive here in Spain, and YSS...Any suggestions? Or 2nd hand anywhere? Or other makes I don't know? Thanx
  10. Actually I was thinking in putting GSXF yokes and stem AND fork, wheel discs and brake XDDD But look what I've just seen on internet, home made adaptor like Tonygee has done...A bit scary talking bout brakes, but it's an option...
  11. Thanx wraith, Sounds good! SO I supose the GSXR 750/1100 stem is the same as the gsx750es? I just thougt What about GSX750F?Just a bit later from mine, might just fit perfectly.
  12. But, one of my ideas was putting some mix tyres on it but there aren't any in 16"...Dammit, donowhatodoooooo
  13. Man, that scares me...What would happen if the welding was too deep? THes japanese don't do weak sht My friend might have a spare one...Wll, worst scenario would be leaving it as it is...Thanx folx
  14. Looks like it's welded... Dammit, so 2 options: 1. Copy your setup with original foorks 2. Leave all original wheels... Fckit aaaargh!
