  2. Tony Davvige "used to be member on old site" Did it on his Nitrous Bike Stud spacings are different between 8V and 16V doable "lots of welding and drilling on head" maybe a bit OTT for a road bike ... Sell the motors and fit an Oil Boiler motor
  3. they were fine only used 6 months as moved the blandit on
  4. i had a pair of similar wave discs on a B12 that looked very similar to there other items most are made from material similar to "Hardox 400" they were fine no issues .. these were they but cheaper back in 2020 https://www.Eblag.co.uk/itm/176116472636?fits=UKM_StreetName%3ABandit&itmmeta=01HS6A5KY9VY6C5PCDDTFYFTAQ&hash=item29015c1b3c:g:OUYAAOSwzTNlgpMi
  5. Ok found some slugs to show differences both pistons on same 20mm Pin for comparison "both are stock used from there relevant engines" Air Cooled EF on Left Oil Cooled 1100 K, L or Right Oil Boiler "Raised Crown" is 0.75mm "ish" Lower than the air cooled flat top Oil Cooled Piston Deck is 2mm Lower than EF Deck........... However Best to Do your own measurements and sums....
  6. His take on Stopping Crank's breaking is different more likely more cc's meant less No,s Did Kev break cranks Ian @Gixer1460?
  7. My point was its plug and play into the stock loom ...so a wiring diagram for said bike has the answers I would have thought Fowlers list it as fitting Suzuki, GSX-R750W N-S (92-95), 1992-1995 (WN-WS), All Colours SIGNAL GENERATOR ebog item https://www.Eblag.co.uk/itm/362896829788?itmmeta=01HRT5K1227CVKJ942MJ19D4VT&hash=item547e562d5c:g:2CIAAOSw2LFeMFi6&itmprp=enc%3AAQAJAAAA4JRdoWE9oHmlTIK06%2BXCvwALofnkiFIvvmRoM%2B9JjcyZHqSHBXbtN8wQ599L2wAEbe2BiOlJA1893Y0rhgpo8%2FBeTLqF9v3CF8TZF7SrDcwLh%2FGMRQorbgUyjWoU6BE5dFxwbcVBxtHvdqUowvrb%2BvPYXl7BRhQtu44JzUpZ0N005eBx306rbnCikLo%2Bc1X07J2xQdEpF1BR3oViWmxyQnN4ZdfATUbrcFVwb4Cl%2FakOnGh9KgLEFeTLYhWiaH5PXOXjjeo%2B5t%2B76k7qapKhWV5XJPhKhOmZJ95WQFtF01mX|tkp%3ABk9SR4iRzMXGYw
  8. Eblag item number:362896829788......according to Fowlers This listing is for a brand new, replacement Suzuki Igniter Assy for your Suzuki motorcycle, shipped directly from the Suzuki warehouse. Delivery and handling times may vary depending on the manufacturer. This genuine Igniter Assy is suitable for Suzuki GSX-R750W 1995
  9. I,ve used cheap supermarket 10 / 40 mineral oil for years in both turboed air cooled and oil cooled motors ...."it is getting harder to find though" many years ago the co i worked for used 2 major oil suppliers "many dept on location of site" one was a sponsor of BSB at the time so nice corp entertainment that a side they both offered me oil to which i responded with i use cheap mineral to which both said "shock horror" that wont be much good "but it will adhere to a standard" i gave both samples of fresh and used for them to put thru there labs............ Both came back with thats some good stuff with excellent base oils "one of them also admitted to being the blender off it"
  10. ET bike is all about being consistent " repeatability" and knowing your bike but like any class there is "sociology" Many years ago there was a Guy who ran a bog stock aged VW beetle in one of the ET Car brackets it ran 24 sec 1/4s and he was almost impossible to beat ... The class no longer exists in its old form and i think there is a time out on the ET clocks now ...
  11. Easiest way is to do a few RWYBs at the pod to see how quick and consistent you are You can then make a plan .... and what you dial in at may be variable eg track conditions and also who's in the other lane for a particular round ... Did i mention sandbagging LoL ......
  12. What about getting a good fabricator to morff a 850 or 1000 clutch mechanism onto a 750 cover
  13. other way round they would end up above the deck..... GSXR pin height is lower than GSX pin height i,ll dig some out and do a pic
  14. They have different pin heights ... I,ve built 1230 / 1260 EF motors using stock GSXR pistons and you have to deck the block as they sit 2,mm "ish" in the hole
  15. A knack you were good at clutch god
  16. Gear Change Shaft
  17. Since that interview It now has a full billet motor $$$$$$$$$$$
  18. No Excuses go hard or go home
  19. Or think out the box and put a Oil Boiler Shaftie in it.............
  20. Dept on how you value "£ " the head really...and how much effort you want to put in But as you said covers . alternators swop with a gear change ..not sure on starter ...but starter clutch fits others as does ignition plate Good running 750s can be a cheap hop up for a 600 blandit
  21. Frame was built by Al Smith well known TF Bike Rider , Fabricator and Engineer
  22. Yeap your 1st challenge will be getting the studs out
  23. 1260 needs cases bored for the thicker liners as will the block
