1216cc big bore kits

is the wiseco kit for the GSXR1100 the same as the Bandit 12 one? seems that they are the same size/stroke piston, but with different comp??

any info would be greatly received

Only reason to go 1216 is so you can use standard Busa slugs on a turbo build

i'm 99.9% sure the blandit and slingshot 1216 wisecos are the same

mary is fitted with 1216 wiseco jam jars....

                                                 ......mary is a bandit bottom end with bored out 1127 barrels....and used a # base gasket to get the comp* i wanted

will be fitting a 750 Dot head so not wanting high comp pistons!!

Why fit a dot head ? 1216 wiseco pistons plus re-worked bandit head with cams would be my choice. Dot head will bump the compression a bit to high with a 1216 11:1 kit

sell it, keep the cams and get the bandit head done. Gives you more potential and keeps the compression ratio sensible

Haha not got the cams, was going to fit the bandit ones 

 

Main question at the moment is if the piston kit for the GSXR11 is the same kit?
