Turbo Flanges

Hi,

I am sure I have seen some Drawings for Mitsubishi  Flanges someplace but cant find them again.

I want to get some cut next week has anyone got them.

If you cannot find them I do know you can get various style flanges from 'that' site...That's where I got some for a Mitsi and a Garrett in the past...

Use the bay, or just buy some steel plate and cut/drill your own . . . not difficult if you are only making one-offs.

Get a flange gasket - usually pressed SS to match flange and use as template.

I have a gasket already but theres a laser cutting place right opposite my work, the lads there said they would cut some for next to nowt but can only program from a drawing.

The idea of nice clean cut flanges put in your hand is appealing, lol.

Yeh,if you had it in DWG file they just press a button and boom...job done.....do you know any draughtsmen who could quickly do a cad drawing for you...If not I could ask ours but I would need a gasket/template

What is the 'actual' turbo type / reference that has the flange ? - That would help?

Turbo is IHI VF23 shares flanges with the more common Mitsubishi TD04

Td04... Impreza/Legacy flange...amongst others.

Is it inlet you are after or exhaust mate.?

Both but I have found out we have someone in another part of the company who maybe can get it drawn I will report back
