Slingshot wheel 12 bandit discs

Is it poss to fit 12 bandit front discs to a gsxr slingshot front wheel

Yes. Both wheels have a 5 bolt 86mm pitch circle diameter. Bandit discs are a smaller diameter than slingshot though.

Thought both discs were 310mm ? The offsets are different though ones 19.5mm ones 22.5mm

Oh yeah, knew there was something different about the 2 discs. The off-set more than the diameter.

I fitted b12/rf900 ebc discs to my 750l wheel,just spaced the calipers in by 2mm(a brass washer on each bolt)

You can see the 5mm of disc thats now not being used there due to them being smaller, would think there will be a 5mm amount of pad on the outside not being used too.

isnt that due to it being a narrow gauge caliper on a normal width disc?

Those Pretechs are for conventional discs, or the few sets Ive had were, its PFM narrow track calipers that need skinny discs.

1200 bandit discs are 310mm

600 bandit discs are 290mm

Nope,these Pretechs are designed for 320mm discs(slingshot,bandit 1200 and rf900 are 310mm discs). The discs in the picture are 310mm ebc cast iron(which is why the rust line) discs on gsxr750l forks and wheel. They still worked one finger braking,even with the smaller contact patch,so didn't bother me!

 

I originally had the Pretechs on my old srad600(320mm discs),I now have them on my tls 320mm discs
