slabside watercooled swap

hello i've been driving a slabside 750 the last year . still i'm afraid something went criticly wrong ! the engine seized and there a lot of damage , i still have a  1996 gsxr1100w complete whitout papers . at first sight it seems as that watercooled 1100 would fit my slabbie frame , anyone ever did this before or knows if an  watercooled 1100 would or would not fit a slabside frame , many thanks in advance , lien
