Dropped the engin mount bracket of with Will to be welded up. Made a little bracket up to lift the back of the sub frame up by 3mm. Second pic is of the sub frame upside down. The battery box bracket on the back of the frame is off squwiff, don't know if that's original or has been added at a later date.

Cut the k4 back mud guard up & got it to fit not to bad.

Got the top back engine mount back after welding it needs a little cleaning up but am pleased with it & it is less than half the weight of the old one.

Got a piece of m16 stainless  a4 threaded bar & had a old shock mount as want a fully adjustable shock. Also had ordered a m16 tap as I didn't have one that big. Will be thread locked in position & it also has a m5 countersunk bolt to stop the bar from moving like a grub screw.

Got the ignition fitted with a little help from my grinder & a flap wheel. Clears the frame ok now.

Gsxr Sam rang me yesterday, said he had another bit of the puzzle. It's a head light/faring mount adjustable for hight. When a faring is fitted it allows the lights to move with the yokes. Lovely bit of work its a shame it won't be seen that much.

Drilled some holes in the yokes & taped them out to m6 to fasten the lighting bracket on still needs spacing out a bit to clear the ignition switch, not much though.

Ignition body is the bit that's in the way mate.

I have a similar problem. The answer is to use a titchy aftermarket ignition switch, but finding a decent quality one is easier said than done. I am still looking after several years trying

I was considering a motogadget m lock, good quality & very small.

You need a Motogadget R-fid keyless ignition to go with that

Been messing around with foot peg position. This is about right for me, going to need @Gsxrsams help with these as well to make it fancy.

Going to use this little onda fairing as its way lighter than the cut down r1 one. Sorta goes with the lines I think.

It was designed for this nose cone.

Got this Nitron shock for my MWS slabby scratcher but it will not fit, it will fit this as I haven't done the swinging arm shock mount yet.

Knocked a adaptor plate up for the rear sets out of 3mm ally plate as a pattern.

Brackets for the fairing are broken of so would make my own with some ally. Need to get it welded up so will Have to go visit Will.

Acetal lock stops made by hudson performance engineering. Bit expensive at £48 but they work, bsb use them apparently so must be good.

Got a harris back caliper with the bike but one of the 2 bleed nipples was sheard of & the pads were rusted in. Managed to drill it out & re tap the thread. Leavened the pads out & poped the pistons out with a grees gun. Any one know what pads harris used they are 40x50mm ?

Wonder  if the brake pads are Guzzi rear calliper pads v50? Just a guess based on the pads look similar to those Harrison 6 pots billets used which I think were guzzi rear pads.
