    Mark your pretty close as Ian uses a wooden former to make the top outer shell then beats the bottom underside on a solid glassfibre plug/mould which is the video your referring to on youtube , he then pops over the top and works his magic to mate the two halves and ends up with said piece of Aluminium Artwork

  9. Largest overbore before resleeve in a 1100G is 75mm (MTC) but if used in a GS1000 with standard crank and rods is 1146cc

  14. Suzuki gs1100g barrels will bore out to 75mm and Suzuki gsx1150 liners will bore out to 77mm but both liners into gs1000 barrels need work And as we all like pictures here is one of Mine MTC 76MM PISTON
