  1. Throw that switch gear in the bin and buy a pair of b12 ones. I might even have a couple in the hoard you can have
  2. PBS is probably whoever jetted them, and its common to see different jets on 1 and 4 as those carb bodies tend to be cooler than 2/3 so will fuel slightly differently
  3. As said, if you're on a cable clutch now use a mk2 B6 cover and make sure you get the speedo rotor too, they're common to loads of Suzuki's so they can be picked up for very little money
  4. @Gixer1460no foot shooting going on here. I’d have that on an OSS stand in a heartbeat. if you look at “OSS engine’d” in my statement then that zed falls into that remit does it not?
  5. If it's Suzuki Framed, Engine'd or based and it fits within the OSS ethos then its welcome on the show stands as far as I'm concerned. Theres places for the shiny trailer queens, the scabby rats, barn find project, incomplete projects or even bare frames. If something draws people to the stand and strikes up conversation then its done its job IMO
  6. @Graham6cylinderis the man to speak to on his 6 cyl GS and the build.pitfalls etc. He had it built in under 12 months I believe and has some videos on youtube
  7. 1200 bandit front end should slot in with a stem and bearing change. LOTS of people have done this so lots of knowledge around. Then either a 600 bandit back wheel in your stock arm or buy a complete 1200 bandit swingarm/wheel/etc; contact Grumpy1260 OR any of the machining gurus on here and get top hat spacers to make the arm fit correctly and then find someone to weld the shock mounts onto the arm
  8. The plate with the two pickups will be from a 1052cc slabby, as youve said you only plug in the left side pickup so any of the oil cooled range will fit in its place. All the oil cooled GSXR range, Teapots, bandit etc
  9. Thats so fkn hideous its almost cool
  10. Thought I'd give this a little bump because its an exceptional build, a stunning bike and a decent all round bloke
  11. Is it worth contacting Big CC or Jack at Holeshot? They do some big power busa's so will probably have standard pistons and rods knocking about?
  12. I very much doubt you've blown a relay but nothing's given. What bike/headlight/type of indicators are we using? 2 pin or 3 pin flasher relay?
  13. CMSNL will have parts diagrams you can freely access?
  14. We're gonna look daft if its not the resistor now
  15. But a GSXR CDI will work with a B12 barrel!
  16. If you can get a 100ohm resistor, wire that inline with the CDI earth to the battery -ve. Or open up the back of the ign barrel and you'll see the resistor in there. Its possible you have a dry solder joint. After all the other things you've done this is about the only thing that would cause no spark that I can think of anyway. Theyre pretty simple beasts
  17. Your CDI needs to momentarily see a 100ohm resistance to earth when the CDI sees 12v. This is done through a resistor in the ignition barrel usually. If you have an aftermarket barrel or have bypassed it then the bike will spin over all day and never spark. So, is it running the standard ignition?
  18. There's also a sticky in this very forum section showing how to fit it and how to contact Mark Stokes!
  19. So have you checked the resistor in the ignition barrel and/or has it had the ignition barrel replaced?
  20. Are you looking at the bellypan or the mids?
  21. You can make almost anything fit with top hat spacers. There can be a LOT of faffing to make them work correctly though. The slabby linkage would have to be swapped out and you would need to spend time working out your rising rates etc. Look at the build threads on here though, lots have done it. @clivegto has done on his scratcher albeit a 750's, @Leblowskiswapped a different swingarm into a 750, I'm fitting a slingshot arm in my 750 and @GeorgeEI7KOhas a B12 arm in his. So its well do-able
  22. This is by far one of the most common things In my experience. Has it had a replacement lockset?
  23. I think you’re right to be fair, Microsoft paint doesn’t let me do tracer colours without loads of faffing!
