  3. Sorted, it was a connector down the left hand side
  4. Cheers, yes, just did a vid for Richard Hocking and with fuses out and ignition block unplugged, you can hear a relay on starter solenoid or cdi actuating, it's hot wired down there for sure, cheers for the input, much appreciated

  6. It will actuate the relay under battery I think, with the ignition block unplugged, main fuse removed and turn signal fuse removed, starts on the button, its something around the starter solenoid, as if it's constantly got power ready to push the start button
  7. Can anyone point me in the right direction of a possible short, daily sole vehicle, hot day yesterday, got some tea and cans after work, turned key off, kept running, cleaned ignition switch with contact cleaner, even in the off position I could start on the button,, I though I sorted it, but thinking the sun was the oil light on and I left it over night with fuses in, dead battery in morning, traced to if I take the signal fuse out it won't turn on the button, any ideas as I don't want to go pulling everything off just yet
  8. Yes did that from having difficulty with a off road buggy clutch, I still haven't took it apart, happy thrashing it round the cotswolds
  9. I will take it apart and document what is in there, from there we can discuss, all still good
  10. I tried finishing on a fibre n it slipped, so chucked another steel, in, I can do changes in 5 minutes n test so all good, anyone got some good standards for sale, I have a fair few good ones, 1 or 2 standard fibre plates will do
  11. I know, I've followed the images before,
  12. Yes I have been told this, came unopened with the bike, I will enjoy wearing em out, Recommendations for clutch fibre plates? (been told standard) who supplies them on here, have a good weekend
  13. Hello, I bought the bike being told its clutch is dragging / hard to get into neutral, changed to ebc, as some friction plates had wear, always had a slight slip, daily ride, read it is driven plate first (friction plate?) I think this is where I went wrong, in my head driven is outer cage from Crank, so friction plate, Anyway has a muck around and set it up as I think mechanically, Steel first to protect the aluminium skirt friction next until full, with a steel last to protect the aluminium pressure plate, Best its ever worked, goes into neutral fine, can lay the power down, on standard 2 diaghphram pressure washers, the outer pressure plate has 4mm still meshed when I pull the clutch in fully, Is this order correct, any info would be greatly received,
  14. Cheers, found it in the end on my notebook in shed, It's pretty sweet, will do another balence one day when someone is cutting their grass, I do enough welding and sanding, cheers again
