June 22nd 7/11 Boulevard After Mr.7/11 fitted a new Laser exhaust system it now has been dynoed. 140hp at the rear wheel. Not bad for a standard GSX1100F engine. Go to the updated page.
June 18th
After-EFEcts

It's grown too large already(ripped too many pic's of the Net:-) so I split up After-EFEcts in different sections, Street- and Stripbikes.
If you have an EFE (GS 1150) don't hesitate to mail me yor pic's so I can put 'em up here.
See ya around, Bral®

June 15th RN(S)

In response to Mutley's cry for help we have stopped supporting the old message board. Please use the new local forum. Thanks!

June 13th 7/11 Boulevard

Mr.7/11 has fitted a new Laser exhaust system onto his bike.

(And don't forget to ride to work on your motorcycle tommorrow, because June 14th is "Ride to Work day"... held for the first time in Holland and for the third time in the UK)

June 8th After-EFEcts NEW GSX1100EFE (GS1150) SECTION!
With the purchase of a yellow GSX1100EFE, Bral®, already famous for his GixxerGarage, has started a new section on RN(S) which goes by the name of After-EFEcts. As you will have understood by now this section will feature all sorts of heavily modified EFE's.
We wish Bral® all the best with his new love!
June 6th RN(S)

We've got two great additions to RobbyNitroz.nl !!!

Yesterday Robby has become the father of a boy called Tom.
Rob has made a special website to celebrate his birth, go have a look at http://tom.neervens.nl and please sign the guestbook!

Also Bral has bought a bright yellow GSX1100EFE, and put his GSX-R750 aka. "The Thing" up for sale.
So now we feature Streetfighters, SevenElevens, Katanas and EFE's!

June 1st 7/11 Boulevard Another website with Gixxerday pictures here.
May 31st 7/11 Boulevard

It seems Yoshimura has stopped producing parts for oil-cooled GSX-R's. The dutch importer only had one exhaust system left in stock and then it's all over. The yoshimura-rd.com website doesn't sell any parts for oil-cooled bikes anymore, but they do still make Bandit parts which are compatible with the 1127cc engines. Last year I had much difficulty getting an ignition cover and the flywheel cover never arrived.
Suddenly makes you realize you're riding a dinosaur which is facing extinction.

btw. read today that the TL1000S is going out of production too and Suzuki have no plans continuing with V-Twin sports bikes. Damn, I love that engine.

May 29th RN(S)

The dutch BikePower site has some pictures of Gixxerday.
Mr.7/11's bike is in there somewhere too, like we needed more pics of that one ;-)

May 28th 7/11 Boulevard

In the pipeline...
Here's a quick peek at Mr.7/11's "To-do list"
in order of appearance;
- Gixxerday review
- Rocco's 7/11 project
- How to fix cracked engine covers

May 21st 7/11 Boulevard

In my opinion Gixxerday was a huge succes! A show report will be posted later this week but for now you'll have to do with pictures at R-House.

Thanks to Jasper, Sandro, Paul, Tony, Sheldon, Dr. Bral and all the great people I've met at Gixxerday for a great weekend!

May 21st HardCore Kats I am pleased to be able to announce you that Dave's Katana Specials website is back on-line. His bike has been (and still is) a big inspiration to me.
May 14th RN(S)

Lately our forums have been under constant attack from people placing adverts for irrelevant stuff. That made me decide to go look for other options.
Today we've launched a faster, more userfriendly message board (without adverts)... go have a look!
Please don't post new subjects on the old forums, only use them for reference.

May 8th RN(S) Sandro sent me an update on the way he his progressing with preparing his bike for Gixxerday. Click here to see what it looks like now.
Ofcourse we will publish the full updated specs once it's ready for Gixxerday right here at RN(S)!
May 7th 7/11 Boulevard

Thanks to Douglas "Bones" Longerbone, who has been with us from the beginning, we now have the long awaited article about the GSX-R750 with Hayabusa engine from Sport Rider magazine on-line!
The original scans were 5MB a piece but I scaled them down to a still readable -less than- 200KB
Just click the links below...

page 1 - page 2 - page 3 - page 4

May 2nd RN(S) A project bike allways leaves you with a lot of unwanted bits scattered around the garage. Have a look if there's something you could use.
April 28th HardCore Kats Today Mr.7/11 went to the "Street or Track" show to get some ideas on Katana frame modifications, have a look at what he discovered.
April 25th RN(S) The MCN website has a riding impression of the new GSX1400 and an article about Yoshimura Japan making five special classic Katana's!
The japanese are going crazy on "Limited Edition" bikes, Suzuki even launched a Suzuki RF900 "Final Edition" sold exclusively over the internet.
They have yet to discover what whe all know for a very long time...
real "Limited Edition" bikes are made in your own backyard!
April 24th RN(S) The links section is back online, but now only features the cream of the crop!
April 23rd 7/11 Boulevard

New section: Mr.7/11's Tweak of the Week
In which Mr.7/11 will discuss tweaks he has made to his bike and their (dis)advantages.
This month #1: Superbike bars vs. Clip-Ons
(yes you've read it right... it's monthly but week sounds better and it still is a big improvement on Robby's "Bike of the Week" which hasn't been updated for almost two years now!!! ;-)

April 17th HardCore Kats

Sandro has sent me two pics of a Yoshimura Katana (or at least a Katana with Yoshimura decals all over it, but who cares?... It still looks the biz ;-)

I've stripped the Katana to measure up some running gear.
Mischa lent me a GSX-R1100 swingarm which should fit nicely it's only 2mm's too wide which can be taken either off the frame or from the swingarm.

April 10th 7/11 Boulevard Last sunday we caught Mr.7/11 playing outside with his SevenEleven...
go here for the pictures.
April 9th 7/11 Boulevard

We are very pleased to announce that we will have their own stand on Gixxerday. It will have Mr.7/11's bike and Sandro's Evo2, lots of info about the bikes, we're selling RN(S) t-shirts as well as a lot of parts that came off Sandro's bikes (he has replaced all the bodywork with carbon parts) so you will be able to build an Evo2 replica! Don't forget to take your wallet with you or live to regret it ;-)
Thanks to Jasper from R-House for the opportunity!

Check out the bikes we will bring to the show here!

April 2nd 7/11 Boulevard The GS Resources website doesn't get updated much, but when it does it's allways high-quality stuff! They now have published an excellent article about how to clean and rebuild carbs... a must read even if you only look at the pictures!
March 22nd HardCore Kats Yesterday I stripped my Kat down to check the crash damage and while I was at it I removed the carbs to see if the intake ports have had any work done to them... they appeared to be untouched so I'm afraid it only has larger pistons fitted.
March 21st HardCore Kats Why is one not enough for most men? Check out one item from Richard's extensive collection.
March 20th RN(S) There are people posting Katana-related messages to the 7/11 forum (John and Jacques)... please don't, because I will remove misplaced messages.
March 19th HardCore Kats Gerald sent me pics of two of his four(!) Katana's.
March 12th 7/11 Boulevard

Suzuki japan has finally published the official website of the GSX1400!
it uses fuel injection which produces a whopping 126Nm of torque at 5000rpm but looking at the specs it's a completely different engine design than a 1127 (six gears and a different primary gear ratio)... maybe it's based on Hayabusa crankcases? I think the chances are minimal it will fit into a GSX-R frame :-(

March 8th HardCore Kats Want to know what Mr.7/11's Kat will probably look like when it's finished? Here is his first design sketch...
March 7th HardCore Kats Say hi to the new Katana forum, it's the same as the 7/11 forum and may not be as fancy as other forums you find on the net but the 7/11 forum has been doing the job without any problems for more than three years now. We like proven technology! ;-)
March 6th HardCore Kats

WANTED!...
Who has the following objects laying around in his garage?
- Pro Stock exhaust for GSX1100 engine (one that runs alongside the righthand side lower frame rail instead of below the engine), or the header pipes only.
- Extended GSX1100 / Katana swingarm.

Please contact Mr.7/11 if you have anything like it, these parts are very hard to get in Holland.

February 27th Streetfighterpage Oops... Mr.7/11 "accidentally" removed Robby's update of the year!
Well here it is again, Ruud's RVF400. Ruud is going to donate the running gear to Mr.7/11's Katana after he discovers that 400cc Honda's suck, but he doesn't know yet ;-)
February 25th 7/11 Boulevard I finally got round to writing an article I had the pictures for laying around for ages. It's about removing the plugs above the mixture screws on US spec carbs.
February 23th HardCore Kats Bill has updated his website with new pics during the build-up of his beautiful Kat.
February 23th 7/11 Boulevard Arnout owns some real 7/11 history... an ' 81 GSX750 with a tuned '80 GSX1100 engine... visit his website here.
February 18th RN(S) Here's the leaflet that announces the "VAT on Wheels" motorcycleshow.
February 18th HardCore Kats

I've scanned some Reader's Specials out of Performance Bikes Magazine

I've also written a small article on the basics of Kat tuning.

February 18th 7/11 Boulevard Yesterday we managed to get Airhead's 7/11 running. It wouldn't run properly at low revs at first, but late in the afternoon, after messing with the float levels it got going. Airhead came back from his first ride like he won the GP500. It was popping up it's front wheel in the first three gears without trouble so it's mission accomplished :-)
February 17th RN(S)

Okay, it's time to reach for your agenda as we've got some events in Holland coming up.

One you surely don't want to miss is Gixxerday 2001 on May 19th in Zwolle, Jasper from R-House put up a website with al the details. Be a smart guy and don't turn up on your Blade because it'll get involved in a special kind of barbeque ;-)

Another event is held on March 10th, in Nieuw-Heeten wherever that may be. It's a bike show with streetfighters on show, only one problem... they forgot to invite people who own -ahum- streetfighters. So if you've got nothing better to do that day and you own a streetfighter please e-mail Dennis Hutten. We'll get some more info about the event later on.

February 13th HardCore Kats I've added Russell's HellKat, which has got a very special paintjob... remember to keep your limbs out of the water!
February 10th HardCore Kats Bill has a very nice website with an even nicer Kat on it, he might even sell it if you make him a good offer! Check out his firm's website too which is called Alley Kat Design... talk about dedication ;-)
February 9th 7/11 Boulevard With all the hype going on about the GSX-R1000 I decided to make a comparison between the power and torque curves of a Yoshimura GSX-R1000 and my mildly tuned SevenEleven...
Conclusion: OIL COOLED POWER RULEZ! ;-)
February 8th HardCore Kats

Yup, it's here. Mr.7/11 brings to you a completely new section to your favourite website... HARDCORE KATs!
...and look... someone allready sent me some pics of his favourite porn-actress with silicone-filled green bathing suit!

February 5th 7/11 Boulevard I've picked some beauties from magazines I had laying around, and yes, I will start a separate Katana section soon to keep them separated from the SevenElevens.
February 5th 7/11 Boulevard Meet Mr.7/11's new lust and love... she's HOT!
February 2nd 7/11 Boulevard

I've allways been in love with Big Bad Kats, and last Tuesday I found one on Ruudie's workshop floor. Moments later it was on a trailer behind my car. I now am the proud owner of an 1983 US spec GS1100S Katana! It's a bit battered but the engine carries some nice go-faster goodies, don't know the exact specs yet ;-)
Ofcourse you'll be seeing more kats on these pages from now on, which is a good thing because there aren't many Kat sites around.

January 29th RN(S)

I had a little conversation with Ben Kennepohl of KicXstart today about the cancellation of the Streetfightershow.
It seems that the MotoRai is coming with a whole new concept this year, which KicXstart thinks will overlap too much with their own show after attending the press announcement.
They might organise a streetfightershow in 2002 but for now they think it's too big a financial risk for them. We all regret it very much because it has allways been the event of the year for us. Feel free to send them an e-mail and express your feelings to them to help them decide to get back on the right track for next year.

Also Airhead's 7/11 project album is updated again.

January 26th RN(S) The site is getting bigger and bigger all the time, so it became very hard to find what you were looking for. So we added a search option today so you can type your favourite words like "suzuki 1100" or "crash movie"... just don't type the word "masturbation"!... because you'll go blind! ;-)
You'll notice many pages are called "template", that's because I'm lazy... I'll clean it up soon!
January 24th RN(S)

No KicXstart streetfightershow in 2001!
Yes, you read it right... the editors of the magazine informed me there will be no show this year.
The reasons why can be read in the next edition of the magazine and ofcourse here!
:-(

I guess Bral will have to organise his "Northern Fighter Pilot Meeting", which he has been promising us for quite a few years.
Go Bral, Go Bral!

January 22nd 7/11 Boulevard

If you came in by the front door you have had the priviledge to meet our new site mascot (hope he won't scare away most of our visitors). I haven't decided on a name for him yet, so maybe you can drop me an e-mail with some suggestions!

I've also restored some broken links on Robby's pages... his famous 7/11 crash, those scary helmets and nice "pre-bulged" t-shirts are back now.

January 21st RN(S) Allright you little perverted boys and girls, you've had your fun.
Now lets get back to bikes again!
January 18th 7/11 Boulevard The elusive Airhead returns and has made a photo album covering the conversion of his bike taking place in Mr.7/11's very own workshop (in Dutch).
January 12th RN(S)

From now on we're on our very own server, so problems should be a thing of the past now. Sadly we lost some parts of Robby's Streetfighterpage during the server moves we had last year, so untill we solved those problems there are a few broken links on his pages.

Some good news is that Bral's GixxerGarage is back online, we hope he'll start updating soon again.

December 31st 7/11 Boulevard

I just managed to squeeze some updates into this year.
They are Bazza's GSXR750H/1127 and Terry's monster 1340cc Gixxer in a 92 750 frame.
