Spotted outside Postma Motoren Posted Wednesday, May 28, 2003 by Mr.7/11
Our very own paparazzi-phothographer Fred spotted this outside Postma Motoren.
At first we thought it was someone having fun with photoshop, but it's for real! More about this bike here.

Wanted! CBR600 disc! Posted Thursday, May 22, 2003 by Mr.7/11
I'm desperately looking for a 2nd hand CBR600 front disc. Left or right doesn't matter as long as it's straight. A set of early model CBR1000 discs will also do the job. Riding in the wet is no fun when you're unable to dosate them due to warped discs :-(
E-mail me if you know of one laying around somewhere.

Crazy Katana Posted Monday, May 19, 2003 by Mr.7/11
For those of you who don't visit the .infoBoard regularly, you're missing out on the unique opportunity to follow the build-up of a very trick Katana step by step. It's like building your own without getting your hands dirty and your pockets empty.

Adding an image-upload feature to the .infoBoard was the best thing I ever did as we have a lot of people documenting the progress of their projects that way.
We've had PaulaRacing's SSB contender, Gilles' Katana, knarF's 7/11, Airhead's black 7/11, john's GSX-R750, Weasel's Bandit 6, Brian's... well just too much to list! Log into the .infoBoard and join the club! Share!

Bandit Tech Posted Friday, May 16, 2003 by Mr.7/11
Here's a very nice website with some Bandit tech stuff.

You'll think "what the hell is with these bolts?". Read the website.

Main pages updated Posted Thursday, May 15, 2003 by Mr.7/11
The main pages of the SevenEleven and GSX/Katana sections have been updated, they now include specifications of my bikes, the Katana section gives you a quick overview of the project status.

New logo! Posted Tuesday, May 13, 2003 by Mr.7/11
In a rush of creativity I've made the new oldskoolsuzuki.info logo.
Webmaster please use this banner to link to this website...

Ofcourse it's not my own idea... I once saw a Kawa with a "Jurassic Z" logo on the tank and that inspired me.

Give your opinion on the new logo here.

Nothing lasts forever! Posted Friday, May 9, 2003 by Mr.7/11
I wish I could keep this site running on "happy customer's faces" alone, but I'm afraid it's not so.
We get about 180 visitors a day on average, most of them buy two magazines a month, yet expect this website to be regularly updated, their bike featured, packed with usefull info and a quick answer to their questions... for free.
Well I'm sorry to say it doesn't work that way. Support this website or you won't be able to find it on the shelves anymore. Soon.

Japanese custom Katana's Posted Wednesday, May 7, 2003 by Mr.7/11
Japanese exotica here, though none of them beats the 1135R IMHO.

The EFE's are back on-line Posted Wednesday, May 7, 2003 by Mr.7/11
I've added Bral's old EFE pages to the GSX/Katana section. There's still some cleaning up to do and a lot of broken links that need to be fixed but soon all content will be back on-line.

Real-world streetfighters Posted Tuesday, May 6, 2003 by Mr.7/11
The KicXstart streetfightershow used to be the main event for the dutch special builders, but since the event has been sponsored by the firm "BikeDesign" it has become more of a showcase of their showfighters... most of 'em being brought on trailers packaged in plastic. This worries me.

I would like as much as possible real-world streetfighters to apply to the show so that people can see what real streetfighters are. Not the polished showroomstuff selected from a catalog, but homebuilt creativity born in a shed.

You'll get free entrance, usually a free subscription to the mag and some other goodies, and the stunt shows are worth it. So don't think "this show is not for me" or "my bike is not flash enough"... make it yours!
