Yesterday I went to pick up my digital rev counter kit at Horstman's place in Germany.
I'm very impressed with the quality of the kit, all the resistors and stuff are neatly coded and he even included spare LED's if I counted correctly. The PCB itself looks very neat high quality, the only small point of criticism would be that the small holes are drilled by hand so some aren't perfectly aligned, but I think that won't be a problem as all the legs of the components can be bent a little to compensate. Along with the included diagrams and guide on the web, assembly should be a breeze! Once I've got it all in installed on my 7/11 you can expect a full report.

Beefed-up Katana frame Posted Sunday, November 24, 2002 by Mr.7/11
I've added some pictures of my beefed-up Katana frame to the article I wrote earlier, so you can see what it looks like when you put theory into practice. Thanks to Ruud at Postma Motoren for the quality welding on such short notice.
Stormy weather coming up! Posted Tuesday, November 19, 2002 by Mr.7/11
So Bral is trying to get rid of his EFE which will probably mean After-EFEcts will slowly disappear just like his Gixxergarage has (did you notice?). But on the other side I've been receiving more HOK14/18 stuff which will be uploaded as soon as I've finished some work on the Katana... yep I dug it up again so expect some more Katana/air-cooled stuff in the near future. If I'll ever finish my long awaited suspension setup and basic engine tuning guides only god knows. Hell I need an assistant... only those with cup-DD need to apply ;-)
Apologies to Will... Posted Sunday, November 10, 2002 by Mr.7/11
...as I finally found our bi-mothly mention in a mate's Streetfighters Mag!
If it's still in the shops I'll buy it myself ;-)
D.I.Y. Digital rev counter Posted Tuesday, November 5, 2002 by Mr.7/11
Here's a good tip to survive boring winter nights... build your own digital rev counter using an array of LEDs!
This website has excellent info on how to build one yourself or you can expand your standard rev counter with a shift light.
